Intella® TEAM enables multiple individuals (reviewers, investigators, paralegals, etc.) to review evidence independently and simultaneously. Their individual work products can then easily be merged into a single result.

Intella TEAM has two components:

1. Intella TEAM Manager is the primary component and performs three critical functions:
a. Indexing & preparation of the evidence data
b. Sharing of the case data among others
c. Combining the work product of others


2. Intella TEAM Reviewers have the ability to independently search, filter, bookmark, tag, and comment on the case data and then transfer that work back to the TEAM Manager.

Important Note: Only the TEAM Manager can index data. Intella TEAM Reviewers cannot index or re-index the case data.

The following narrative offers a sample workflow of Intella TEAM with four investigators (a lead investigator and three associates):

1. Using Intella TEAM Manager, the investigation leader indexes and prepares the case data.
2. Using the Intella TEAM Export option, an Intella Case File is created: Intella_Case_File.icf The case file (.icf extension) is a portable copy of the case file and search index.
3. Copies of the Intella_Case_File.icf are then distributed to three associated investigators. Distributing the file can be accomplished in any number of ways, including via a USB drive or the network.
4. The three investigators launch Intella TEAM Reviewer on their computers and import the Intella_Case_File.icf into Intella TEAM Reviewer using the Locate Evidence feature.
5. Now the case has been successfully distributed and the individual investigators can each begin their work, independently and simultaneously. Using Intella TEAM Reviewer, each investigator can search, preview, flag, tag, comment, and export their results.
6. Exporting results by the Intella TEAM Reviewer is accomplished via the Intella Work Report (.iwr File). The Intella Work Report creates a file that can be sent to the Intella TEAM Manager for consolidation.
7. The Work Report file contains all of the results of the individual investigator’s work: flags, tags, comments, etc. The Export Work Report also includes a complete audit trail and statistics.
8. The Intella TEAM Manager component receives the investigators’ Work Reports and combines them into a single case.
9. When all of the Work Reports are delivered to the Intella TEAM Manager and merged, a final report can be produced that reflects the work of the entire team of investigators.
